These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the S.Y.S.T.E.M. KC website and our services. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

By accessing our website, contacting us, submitting any form, or engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of services

S.Y.S.T.E.M. KC LLC provides business automation consulting services to small businesses in the Kansas City region, including in-person audits, training, build engagements, and monthly retainer support. Scope, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement are documented in a separate engagement letter or proposal.

3. SMS communications

Program name: S.Y.S.T.E.M. KC SMS

Description: We use SMS to send appointment reminders, project updates, service notifications, and (if you have opted in separately) marketing messages.

Message types: Appointment reminders, project status updates, invoice and payment notifications, follow-up messages related to your inquiry, and (with separate opt-in) promotional and marketing messages.

Message frequency: Varies depending on the service you have engaged with us. Typically fewer than 10 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge for messages received.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have opted out.

Carrier liability: Carriers, including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Virgin Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Alltel, Cellcom, C-Spire, Cincinnati Bell, and Cricket, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Age requirement

You agree to:

• Pay invoices according to the payment terms in your engagement letter

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — copy, logos, designs, and code — is owned by S.Y.S.T.E.M. KC LLC. Deliverables produced during a paid engagement (workflows, SOPs, copy, configurations) belong to you, the client, upon full payment.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, S.Y.S.T.E.M. KC LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of our site or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
